Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Deep Dish Dining's services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Deep Dish Dining ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Agreement

All catering services provided by Deep Dish Dining are subject to a formal Service Agreement, which will outline specific menus, dates, times, pricing, and other relevant details agreed upon by both parties. This agreement must be signed by the client and an authorized representative of Deep Dish Dining prior to service commencement.

  • 2.1 Menu Confirmation: Menu selections must be finalized no less than 14 days prior to the event date.
  • 2.2 Guest Count: Final guest counts are required 7 days before the event. Billing will be based on this final count or the actual guest count, whichever is higher.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will honor agreed pricing. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated total is required upon signing the Service Agreement to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, extended service hours, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • 4.1 More than 30 days prior: Forfeit of the 30% deposit.
  • 4.2 15-30 days prior: Forfeit of 50% of the total estimated cost.
  • 4.3 Less than 14 days prior: Forfeit of 100% of the total estimated cost.

Deep Dish Dining reserves the right to cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date offered.

5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

While Deep Dish Dining makes every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for notifying us of all dietary requirements and allergies at least 14 days prior to the event. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our food where such information was not provided in advance or accurately.

6. Equipment and Staffing

Deep Dish Dining will provide all necessary catering equipment and professional staff as stipulated in the Service Agreement. Any damage to Company property caused by the client, their guests, or third-party contractors will be billed to the client at replacement cost.

7. Liability

Deep Dish Dining maintains public liability insurance. However, the Company accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or their guests, or for any property belonging to the client or their guests, unless proven to be caused by our direct negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is safe and suitable for catering operations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. Amendments

Deep Dish Dining reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
